The ideal candidate will have recent experience supporting NAVWAR programs and a strong working understanding of Navy C4I communications, networks, and data-link systems, coupled with experience conducting Technical Training Assessments, SETRs, MPT reviews, technical audits, or closely comparable Navy acquisition/training assessments. Perform quality-assurance reviews and develop reports addressing Front End Analysis (FEA) artifacts, Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), NTSP annual reviews/revisions, Training Effectiveness Evaluation Plans (TEEP), and Training Transfer Agreements (TTA) in accordance with current OPNAVINST 1500.76 guidance.
