Provides analysis and support of software and processes within the assigned functional area which may include, but is not limited to configuration, testing, documentation, support, maintenance and training for solutions, and working closely with business users, leaders, and technical users throughout the lifecycle of a system and/or project. Collaborate with functional users to analyze business needs, troubleshoot complex system and data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions that align with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and university business processes.
