Provide Agile coaching to all members of the ART, as needed, to ensure proper program execution and program/feature grooming, including guidance on work breakdown for user stories, prioritization, estimation of work, evaluation of team velocity, decision-making, resourcing, removing impediments, and ultimately, delivery of value. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for facilitating the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Training (ART) processes and program execution, escalating impediments, managing risks, and helping drive program-level relentless improvement.
