The role manages assigned learning programs, supports instructional design and learning-path development, maintains program documentation, supports learning management system (MCDU) and records administration, and provides administrative and operational support across the L&D team. Credentialing, education, and IDP support: Provide administrative support for credentialing records, tuition and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) documentation, IDP tracking, and education pathway initiatives, in partnership with the Manager, Workforce Credentialing & Education.
