Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); minimum of three years of pediatric vascular access nursing experience, including neonates; peripheral intravenous (IV) insertion with ultrasound skills; dressing change experience; proficiency with clinical equipment, computers, and technology; experience guiding unlicensed assistive personnel; BSN preferred. This role involves independently providing patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes for patients ranging from infants to adults.
