Required Qualifications: Current Illinois nursing license or verified application process, BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS certification, minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, experience on a neuro unit with level 1 trauma experience, previous travel experience (no first-time travelers), heparin titrated drip experience, and ability to read telemetry strips. Requirements for Submission: Last four digits of clinician's Social Security Number, active Illinois license or confirmation of application initiation, understanding of the organizations drug-free policy requiring negative drug screens, and successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
