Support the continued maturation of Gallagher’s North American security program by identifying emerging risks, monitoring regional trends, evaluating significant incidents, escalating enterprise-level concerns, and recommending improvements to processes, technology, communications, training, reporting, and service delivery. The position serves as a primary regional point of contact for security matters and partners closely with business leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Real Estate, Technology, Compliance, Business Continuity, local office leadership, the Global Security Response Center, and external security providers.
