As Business Counsel, you will work hand-in-hand with leaders on the marketing, operations, business development, and product development teams, supporting them as they seek to grow Capital One Shopping by acquiring new customers, expanding product offerings, and moving into new markets. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing strategic, clear and contextualized legal advice to operations, business development, marketing, and product development teams on a variety of complex issues and topics, with a focus on marketing and product development.
