This highly visible leader will partner with the Chief Financial Officer, executive leadership, segment leaders, and functional stakeholders to translate business performance into actionable insights, strengthen financial discipline, and support profitable growth. The Head of FP&A will build and lead a high-performing team, establish scalable planning and reporting processes, and provide forward-looking analysis across revenue, backlog, pipeline, labor, utilization, indirect costs, margins, cash flow, and capital allocation.
