This position assists in maintaining the stability, security, reliability, and performance of the county’s servers, network systems, and cybersecurity platforms while supporting end-user operations across county departments. The Senior IT Technician works closely with the IT Director to maintain infrastructure systems, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, implement cybersecurity controls, and support technology improvement projects that enhance county operations.
