Responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing production data and inventory processes, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration through accurate reporting and system integration such as SAP. Plays a key role in driving production efficiency by assisting in production planning, procurement coordination, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Ensures compliance with quality management standards and safety protocols through diligent document control, audits, and continuous improvement activities. Additionally, supports budget management for capital projects and organizes internal events to enhance workplace engagement.Essential Functions:<ul><li>Communicate professionally in both English and Japanese, including drafting correspondence and providing accurate simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in support of business operations and meetings.</li><li>Prepare, format, and proofread a variety of reports, correspondence, and operational documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.</li><li>Maintain and administer organized filing systems and business records, including inventory documentation and vendor compliance materials (e.g., certificates of insurance).</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to analyze budgets and past performance while assessing on-site conditions.
