Working closely with Lead Developers, Principal Engineers, Global Architects, Product Management, Professional Services, and Cloud Operations teams, this role provides technical leadership during North American business hours, helping drive architecture decisions, software delivery, client success, and operational excellence. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, production incident resolution, AI-assisted software development, globally distributed teams, and large-scale event-driven architectures in supply chain, logistics, transportation, visibility, or enterprise analytics domains.
