Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application functionality and enhancements Develop and maintain user guides, how to documents, and other application related documentation Create and maintain visual aids, including screenshots and step by step visuals, to support written instructions Update documentation and visual materials to reflect new features, enhancements, or system changes developed by IT staff Organize and present technical information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner for non-technical users Ensure all documentation and visual content is accurate, current, and aligned with application functionality Participate in meetings, demos, or walkthroughs to gather information on system changes and updates Assist in updates and development of training materials II.
