We are looking for technicians who have experience with HVAC maintenance and repair, can handle apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple trades in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities include apartment turnovers, service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and general repair work involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliances, and other maintenance-related tasks.
