<p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p>TEN Healthcare is growing and looking for a Territory Manager to own and expand our<br/>diagnostic laboratory business across a defined region. This is a true outside sales role<br/>focused on building relationships with independent healthcare providers and driving new<br/>testing partnerships within PCR, Blood and Toxicology. If you’re motivated by autonomy, relationship-based selling, and uncapped earning<br/>potential — this role is for you.<br/><br/><strong>Territory Manager Job Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Grow and manage a defined territory by developing relationships with independent<br/>clinics (primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urgent care, long-term care, and rural<br/>health, etc).</li><li>Drive new business through prospecting, in-person visits, and relationship-based<br/>sales.</li><li>Manage and retain existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and<br/>consistent utilization of TEN Healthcare lab services.</li><li>Educate providers on TEN Healthcare’s diagnostic solutions (PCR Infectious<br/>Disease, Toxicology, Clinical Blood) and how they improve patient care.</li><li>Meet clear activity and revenue goals, including appointments, new accounts, and<br/>territory growth.</li><li> Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):</strong></p><ul><li>A fully active territory with strong provider relationships</li><li>Consistent new account growth</li><li>Increased test volume from existing clients</li><li>Predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Territory Manager Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2–3 years of outside sales experience (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or<br/>B2B preferred)</li><li>Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person selling, and relationship development</li><li>Strong communication and follow-through</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Work Hours & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary: $65,000 + Bonus/Commission that is Performance-based<ul><li>Total Compensation varies by location and here are averages of Territory Managers the first<br/>few years.<br/>• Year 1: $85,000-$110,000<br/>• Year 2: $110,000-$185,000<br/>• Year 3: $140k+</li></ul></li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision/401(k))</li><li>Mileage/travel expense reimbursement</li><li>Full ownership of your territory</li><li>Growth opportunities as the company expands<strong><br/></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Travel: </strong></p><ul><li>Up to 50% travel within the assigned territory</li><li>Occasional overnight travel required</li></ul>
