Perform PCBA modifications, including component rework, soldering/desoldering, fine-pitch IC and 0402 component soldering, and blue-wire modifications per IPC-A-610 Class 3. Build wire harnesses per IPC/WHMA-A-620C, assemble ECU modules, and set up custom test equipment according to engineering diagrams and specifications. Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities with experience reading engineering diagrams/specifications; proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
