The Manager of the Laboratory will facilitate lab operations by providing such guidance and support to licensed and unlicensed clinical lab employees as they should require; ensures competent and adequate levels of staffing and act as a liaison between the lab and other departments. Responsibilities: Maintain current knowledge of changes in regulatory (i.e CLIA, the Joint Commission) and technological activity in the lab field which might affect goals and activities of the lab or LeConte Medical Center.
