Performs laboratory testing in assigned departments following established procedures for waived, moderate, and high-complexity tests; reviews and validates results for accuracy. The Medical Lab Technician is also tasked with maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information.
