Responsible for the operational processes of Laboratory Services including coding, billing, reimbursement, medical records, personnel/HR, operational and capital budgetary processes, patient registration, and charge master review/update. Directs the business and financial affairs of the laboratory by employing a system of accountability to ensure responsible fiscal management including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and timely reporting.
