They are responsible for staging material, preparing written production paperwork, mixing batches of adhesives and coatings, loading and unloading of materials onto Lamination Machines, general housekeeping, acquiring materials for production runs and any other tasks to assist the Operator with the highest level of running machine time, while still producing a quality product in accordance with the customer's specifications. The helper position reports to our Production Supervisor but will interact with all levels of the company, in order to make sure customer specifications are adhered to.

Requirements:<ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li><li>1+ yrs of manufacturing/operator experience a PLUS but not required</li><li>2+ yrs doing more complex Mechanical (i.e. taking cars, machines apart, etc). is required</li><li>Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office</li><li>Ability to stand/walk/sit for 12 hour shifts</li><li>Strong basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply to figure footage and lineal footage</li><li>Make and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch (must pass a pre-employment ruler test)</li><li>Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs; push, pull, maneuver very large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds with the use of equipment on a daily basis. Must be able to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel.
