<div><strong>Laminator Builder (South Arlington)</strong></div><div><strong>Monday-Friday Between 5:30AM-4PM</strong></div><div><strong>Pay:</strong> $16.00</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Laminator Builder Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Sets-up and prepares parts for build-up.</li><li>Organizes materials and tools required for build-up.</li><li>Checks setup lights.</li><li>Weighs, measures and cuts materials for lamination.</li><li>Checks mandrel dimensions.</li><li>Trims and buffs parts.</li><li>Builds parts by following prescribed procedures using an MIP.</li><li>Builds/assembles a part, molds the part and disassembles the part.</li><li>Repairs parts as necessary.</li><li>Reads and records measurements in the MIP.  Stamps the MIP as required.</li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work area.</li><li>Follows safe work practices and instructions, and exercises stop work authority if needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Laminator Builder Qualification Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Entry level position.</li><li>Common knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>Understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Build parts while maintaining acceptable production and quality standards.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division).</li><li>Willingness to learn.</li><li>Attention to detail is required.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Laminator Builder Tools and Equipment Used:</strong></div><ul><li>Stamp for MIP</li><li>Paint brush (for chemicals and paint)</li><li>Rolling hand tools to shape or flatten rubber (stitchers, perforators, etc.)</li><li>Xacto knife, blade, scissors (to cut fabric and rubber)</li><li>Trimmers (hand held manual)</li><li>Buffer (hand held electric)</li><li>Clicker machine (cuts rubber with cutting board)</li><li>Screw driver, rachet, socket, wrench, allen wrench, plyers</li><li>Syringe with needle to remove air pockets from rubber</li><li>Ruler, tape measure</li><li>Impact (electric)</li><li>Clamps</li></ul><div><br/></div><div>If you have any questions about this opportunity, please reach out to one of our experienced recruiters at 214-792-9068.</div>

We're looking for someone with an eagerness to learn and production, roofing or lawncare experience to join our dynamic team as a Laminator and help us continue producing world-class boats.<br/><br/><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong><br/><br/>Prepare boat for production by performing all hand lay-up/roll out process of fiberglass lamination in or on decks, hulls, or small parts.<br/><br/><strong>JOB DUTIES:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Performs all hand lay-up/roll out process of fiberglass lamination in and on decks, hulls, or small parts of required parts with use of wood, cardboard, or core mat, or other reinforcement using paint brush and paint roller </li><li>Performs detailed lamination tie-in of small parts, decks, live wells, liners, seat boxes, or bases, compartments, or other required accessories or wood, wood bracing, or fillers, transoms, stringers, floors, or foam boxes</li><li>Capable of completing work in 1-2 areas with the Lamination department.</li><li>Rolls out air per established procedure in each operation from either hand or gun applied fiberglass and resin material</li><li>Maintain clean work area</li><li>Inform supervisor of needed supplies or materials</li><li>Any other duties assigned</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 8+ hours a day</li><li>Ability to lift 20 lbs.</li><li>Ability to work in heat </li><li>Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes and fiberglass particles</li><li>Manual dexterity</li><li>Use of hand tools such as paint brushes and paint rollers</li><li>Good coordination</li><li>Have good quality habits</li><li>Have good attendance habits</li><li>Ability to follow instructions accurately</li></ul>
