Responsibilities: The Land Document Project Manager (PM) serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in right-of-way (ROW) and land documentation, providing leadership, oversight, and technical guidance to document specialists and project teams. Provide guidance and supervision to all project land staff ensuring project commitments and goals are met, to include survey, title, acquisition, document and administrative staff, non-environmental permitting, and construction support.
