Cutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape Manager to lead day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on management role working directly with landscape crews on job sites across East Texas.

This is a hands-on management role working directly with landscape crews on job sites across East Texas. You'll oversee landscaping and irrigation projects, manage crews, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll be in the field every day - not behind a desk.<hr/>What You'll Do<ul><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Lead and supervise multiple landscaping crews in the field </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and crew assignments </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are prepped and loaded each morning </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Perform quality control checks on job sites throughout the day </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Communicate with clients and Account Managers regarding job progress </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Monitor safety, time tracking, and productivity on all projects </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Resolve on-site issues and coach crew members as needed </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Support installation of landscape elements, irrigation systems, and hardscapes when necessary </li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">You hold crews accountable for quality, efficiency, and safety. You make quick decisions in the field and maintain strong relationships with both staff and clients.</li></ul><hr/>Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday–Friday, starting around 7:30 AM </li><li>Hours vary depending on job load and weather </li><li>Occasional Saturday work during peak season</li></ul><hr/>Pay & Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay: $52,000 - $65,000/year, based on experience </li><li>Dental, and vision insurance </li><li>$10,000 company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Safety program with performance-based awards </li><li>Company vehicle for work use (must have valid driver's license) </li><li>Opportunities for growth into senior operations roles</li></ul><hr/>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation </li><li>Experience leading crews in a field setting </li><li>Must be comfortable managing teams in the field using tablets or mobile apps for time tracking and job updates. </li><li>Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, irrigation systems, and jobsite safety </li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record </li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience with trailer safety, equipment loading, and daily crew check-ins required. </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required</li></ul><hr/>Who We AreCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is a family-owned business serving East Texas.
