p>Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain building facilities utilizing and operating appropriate equipment • Perform routine facilities maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items • Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events • Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies • Operate buffer, floor-care machines, vacuums, drills, and other small power tools.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED • Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processes preferred • Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred • Current police, child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required.
