Working conditions require the ability to work outdoors in temperature extremes with frequent flying debris and hazardous chemicals using potentially hazardous equipment, to perform strenuous tasks, with high noise levels, and the ability to stand, lift, carry, bend, walk, climb, and crawl. Cleaning of roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and building entrances during weather emergencies affecting normal campus operations (i.e., snow removal, debris removal).
