What You’ll Do- Perform routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, and weeding- Maintain clean and safe walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas- Assist with light maintenance (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, unclogging drains)- Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap- Empty trash and recycling bins- Clean windows, floors, and high-touch surfaces- Report maintenance issues or damage- Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning materialsWhat You BringRequired:- No formal education required- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs- Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions- Reliable and able to work independently or on a teamPreferred:- Janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience- Basic knowledge of tools and safety practicesWork EnvironmentPrimarily outdoor and facility-based work.
