Remove debris, leaves, trash, and other litter from grounds, walkways, and parking lots. Perform seasonal maintenance such as leaf removal, tree trimming, and seasonal planting. Outdoor Facilities Upkeep Inspect and maintain outdoor signage, fencing, benches, lighting, and statuary. Set up and take down outdoor spaces for events. Report damages or needed repairs to the Facilities Manager. Safety & Stewardship Ensure all outdoor areas are safe and accessible. Maintain sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas to prevent hazards. Assist with minor outdoor repairs and maintenance. Use tools and equipment responsibly and maintain in good working condition. Other Duties Assist with indoor maintenance tasks as needed, particularly during inclement weather. Assist in janitorial and cleaning tasks as needed. Setting up and tearing down tables and chairs for services, meetings, and special events.
