div>Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Assist with ordering plant material, hard goods, and job-related materials
· Track and maintain inventory levels of hard goods and supplies
· Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
· Enter job costing information accurately into company systems (Aspire)
· Assist in tracking materials and costs associated with jobs
· Verify materials received and report any discrepancies
· Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, and job cost data
· Support coordination between field teams and the office
· Assist with general operational tasks as needed

Requirements:
· Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· Strong communication skills
· Proficiency with computers and ability to learn company systems (Aspire)
· Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
