• Answering the telephone and selling the community to prospective residents • Setting appointments for prospective residents to visit and tour the community • Showing prospective residents the community and apartment homes • Conducting timely follow-up, scheduling move-ins and completing required paperwork • Closing the sale to meet or exceed monthly sales goals • Providing exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to resident inquiries and service requests, taking prompt action to resolve problems, and documenting situations as they occur.
