The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of personal injury cases. You will be a key player in managing relationships with our partner law firms and ensuring cases progress smoothly from start to finish. We need a systems thinker who is excited to build and refine processes at a company backed by Sequoia and Redpoint.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison for 8-12 partner law firms, managing all communications and case updates.</li><li>Manage a high-volume caseload of 120-220+ active pre-litigation personal injury cases simultaneously.</li><li>Oversee and direct a pod of case managers who support your caseload across different verticals (e.g., medical records retrieval, police reports).</li><li>Conduct daily case reviews, triage, and prioritization to ensure all deadlines are met and cases move efficiently.</li><li>Prepare and review demand packages, ensuring quality and accuracy before they are sent back to the partner attorney.</li></ul><h2>Role details</h2><p>Salary $85K - $125K</p><p>401K</p><p>Equity: 400 shares</p><h2>Why candidates should join</h2><p>Finch combines elite paralegals with AI agents to help personal injury firms resolve cases faster and grow capacity.
