POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from a variety of resources, including statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.</li><li> Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs. Assist in the preparation of documents for court filings.</li><li>Organize and maintain case files, manage deadlines, and keep track of ongoing legal proceedings. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.</li><li>Communicate with clients to obtain information, provide updates on case status, and assist with answering routine questions.</li><li>Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.</li><li>Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Handle other tasks as assigned by attorneys or supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team.</li></ul>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
