Whether bringing prior estate planning experience or looking to grow into the practice area, this role is well suited for someone eager to learn, contribute, and be part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and care in the work they do.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct intake calls and help pre-qualify estate planning leads</li><li>Guide clients through document collection and next steps</li><li>Create and manage client files in Clio and Lawmatics</li><li>Draft estate planning documents under attorney supervision</li><li>Coordinate with internal and remote drafting support when needed</li><li>Prepare clients and materials for signing meetings</li><li>Assist with post-signing follow-up and file completion</li><li>Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout their matter</li></ul>RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes</li><li>Clear, confident, and professional communication with clients</li><li>Ability to manage multiple matters at different stages</li><li>Comfortable learning and working within systems such as Clio and Lawmatics</li><li>A collaborative, reliable team member who follows through</li></ul>Education and experience can vary. A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
