The ideal candidate should also have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements for clinical and commercial-stage pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, clinical trial agreements, and other commercial agreements.
