We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. Our Raleigh, NC office has an opportunity for an entry-level Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! If you’re looking to start your legal career or have just finished your Paralegal Certificate, then this is the right opportunity for you!  Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for preparing and filing petitions and visa applications. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys. We offer a collegial, collaborative, challenging, and growth-focused work environment with innovative technology, customized resources and processes, and continuous skill-based training and professional development.

Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.</li><li>Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals.</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills are required.</li><li>Be able to multitask and work independently toward team goals.</li><li>Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.</li></ul> Please note that we are not working with any outside recruiters for this position.

Benefits:
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $60,800 and $91,200. In accordance with New York State’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $55,360 and $100,560. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $57,040 and $100,560. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $63,680 and $95,520.  In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $63,680 and $95,520.  In accordance with Maryland’s Equal Pay for Equal Work-Wage Range Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Baltimore position is between $57,040 and $85,560.   In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $63,680 and $95,520.  In accordance with Massachusetts Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Massachusetts position is between $67,040 and $100,560. In accordance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Minnesota position is between $57,040 and $85,560. In accordance with New Jersey Senate Bill 2310, the expected salary range for this New Jersey position is between $67,040 and $100,560. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
