This may include but is not limited to the following: review of contracts, preparation of critical dates, leases, titles, plats and surveys, preparation of closing documents, objection letters, utility easements, development and escrow agreements, and any other legal documents that may be required of the transaction, due diligence, engineering process, and/or requested by a Legal Real Estate attorney. In addition, the Real Estate Paralegal may be called upon to preliminarily review post-closing documents required to complete platting, permitting, remodeling projects, and finance initiatives before final review by Corporate Counsel.
