Following this period, the role will shift to a hybrid format, with on-site attendance required 1-2 days a week. Candidates can reside in either Green Bay or La Crosse.</li></ul>Emplify Health is seeking a talented and experienced paralegal to join our legal team. This in-house paralegal position offers a dynamic and rewarding role where you can make a meaningful impact within a leading healthcare organization.What you'll do:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with attorneys in the legal department.</li><li>Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance on a wide range of issues.</li><li>Support compliance, contractual, corporate, employment, and labor matters.</li><li>Address medical malpractice, risk management, and patient care legal issues.</li><li>Handle consent, termination of care, and other critical legal aspects related to healthcare.</li><li>Conduct research and provide thorough analysis to support patient-related legal questions and concerns.</li></ul>What you'll need:<ul><li>Education: Associate degree in Paralegal or Bachelor of Science with major in paralegal studies</li><li>Experience: 3-4 years minimum of related work experience</li><li>Preferred Skills: Knowledge and experience working on contractual, corporate, employment, health, medical malpractice, litigation, and other like matters for health care organizations in either Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, or Wisconsin</li><li>Ideal skills: Personal injury and real estate experience</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Tailored Benefits Package: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that varies based on your location.
