Key job responsibilities - Define and execute the long-term hospitality program strategy aligned to business objectives and pipeline goals - Plan and deliver premium customer events including accommodations, transportation, gifting, behind-the-scenes access, and curated surprise-and-delight experiences - Manage simultaneous events with competing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder requirements - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to align event programming with account-level priorities - Host and engage C-Suite customers and AWS senior leaders on-site at events throughout North America - Establish and track program metrics; leverage data to continuously optimize event outcomes - Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and digital asset production using enterprise marketing tools About the team The Global Executive Marketing (GEM) Hospitality team is responsible for managing AWS's portfolio of hospitality benefits through marketing partnerships with leading sports and entertainment brands.
