Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal - Hospitality & Leisure (AZ) Talantage is recruiting a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's Hospitality & Leisure Practice Group. This position will report to the Practice Group Leader and work closely with assigned attorneyson sophisticated real estate transactions across the hospitality and leisure sector. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform and coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and underlying documents.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and review of conveyance and closing documents.</li><li>Manage all aspects of the closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (both debt and equity), including: <ul><li>Creating and managing signature page packages</li><li>Tracking and confirming closing checklists</li><li>Handling recording requirements</li><li>Preparing and assembling indexed closing books</li></ul></li><li>Prepare, review, and file UCC financing statements.</li><li>Order and analyze UCC, lien, litigation, and related searches.</li><li>Handle entity formation and maintenance, including related filings.</li><li>Review and assemble officer's certificates, resolutions, organizational documents, and closing deliverables (drafting based on precedent under attorney supervision preferred).</li><li>Conduct fact and legal research, prepare reports, and manage associated filings as needed.</li><li>Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and outside entities throughout transactions..</li><li>Support attorneys with special projects and assignments </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree with Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of real estate experience (law firm, in-house legal department, or title company).</li><li>Experience with large and complex transactions preferred; title and survey proficiency required.</li><li>Hospitality sector experience a plus, but not required.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Superior client service and communication skills.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work productively with attorneys, paraprofessionals, and business services staff..</li><li>Demonstrated verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal abilities</li><li>High level of discretion with confidential matters.</li><li>Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tools, document management systems, and Elite (or other timekeeping software).</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime as needed. </li></ul>Compensation & Benefits The firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:<ul><li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage</li><li>401(k) with profit sharing</li><li>Short- and long-term disability insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Discretionary bonuses </li></ul> Talantage, LLC is committed to presenting candidates that contribute to an organizations culture of inclusivity and its commitment to diversity in the workplace are demonstrated through our recruitment practices.
