Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Travel Coordination & Provider Support</li><li>Coordinate all travel logistics for providers’ assignments, including flights, rental cars, lodging, shuttles and taxis.</li><li>Communicate frequently with other departments and business units regarding the status of travel arrangements.</li><li>Enter and maintain all required documentation in our internal database and travel applications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget requirements.</li><li>Prepare and communicate travel itineraries to providers.</li><li>Track travel expenses and assist with invoicing, reconciliation and reporting.</li><li>Audit placement information to ensure everything is entered correctly and on file.</li><li>Participate in periodic on-call rotation and complete special projects as required.</li><li>Provide back-up support to Delta Operations members as needed and deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.</li><li>Meet or exceed all turnaround timeframes assigned per tasks.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
