The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic research environment while contributing to the successful execution of program and research objectives.Job Duties: <ul><li>20% – Provide administrative and program support to leaders and research staff, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support day-to-day program operations by maintaining organized systems and ensuring timely communication.</li><li>20% – Support program leadership with operational and research-related administrative needs, including coordinating travel, preparing and editing documents (e.g., reports, presentations, biosketches), and assisting with expense tracking, reimbursements, and invoice processing in accordance with institutional and grant guidelines.</li><li>15% – Facilitate coordination of program activities by serving as a liaison across departments, research teams, and external partners. Ensure effective communication, support workflow management, and assist with tracking program deliverables and timelines.</li><li>15% – Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program-related activities, including meetings, events, and research-related engagements. Assist with calendar management, meeting preparation, and logistical support for program initiatives and special projects.</li><li>15% – Support financial and administrative aspects of program operations, including maintaining records, assisting with budget tracking and reporting, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies, grant requirements, and confidentiality standards.</li><li>15% – Contribute to continuous improvement of program and administrative processes. Support special projects and initiatives, maintain a professional and collaborative work environment, and perform additional duties as assigned to support program and departmental goals.</li></ul>MUSC Minimum Training and Experience Requirements:A high school diploma and two years relevant program experience.
