As a member of the Access Services team, this position also contributes to library assessment efforts through data analysis and reporting, supports the supervision and training of student employees, and shares responsibility for service desk operations and daily building procedures. This position leads course reserve operations and manages interlibrary loan borrowing services, working closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure access to materials that support teaching, learning, and research.
