Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : · Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.
