These duties involve operating, monitoring, and maintaining stationary equipment on FHP commercial and residential properties to ensure safe and efficient boiler operation, including steam/hot water boilers, diesel generators, electrical equipment, switchgear, fuel transfer systems, centrifugal/reciprocating/multi-stack/process chillers, ground water cooling systems and pumped systems, such as chilled water, condensate water, domestic hot and cold water, heating hot water, condensate, sewage ejector, medical air, vacuum, mechanical air, and fuel oil. Responsibilities: Assists Plant Operators II and III with maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, replacing, or repairing boiler and water treatment systems, various generators, machinery, and auxiliary control equipment such as components, pumps, forced and induced draft fans, air compressors, fuel transfer pumps, and water softeners.
