Qualified candidates will have substantial experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions in both state and federal court.
