Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager plays a critical senior role in driving the growth of our custom store fixture manufacturing company by leading complex, high-value projects from sales to delivery and installation of custom fixtures, including millwork, metal, refrigeration products, specialty cabinetry, casework, and related solutions for retailers, convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and other commercial uses. Identify and solve high-impact problems on-site, keep project files orderly and current, and conduct thorough post-mortems with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing) to analyze material/labor usage and drive organization-wide improvements in processes, margins, and efficiencies by eliminating waste.
