As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Partnering with team members to load and securely strap roofing materials onto trucks, ensuring safe transportation.
	</li><li>Setting up job sites efficiently by unloading pallets, stacking materials, and preparing site access.
	</li><li>Positioning ladders in accordance with OSHA safety standards to facilitate roof access.
	</li><li>Clearing snow and debris from roofs when necessary to enable delivery and installation.
	</li><li>Unloading pallets of roofing materials and placing them on boards for secure and organized storage.
	</li><li>Using fall protection gear properly to ensure personal and team safety while working at heights.
	</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized yard and warehouse, including shoveling walkways to ensure safety and accessibility.
	</li><li>Supporting team members during busy periods and assisting with various tasks as needed to meet project deadlines.
</li></ul> What You'll Bring
