The Warehouse picker/puller is responsible for accurately loading and unloading orders for shipment to customers. Using Scanners we will pull orders in the system to assure that we are accurately completing each order.

Background Friendly Company Hours : Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:00PMPOSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse picker/puller is responsible for accurately loading and unloading orders for shipment to customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.</li></ul><ul><li>Build Good shippable pallets keeping all items inside the pallet with no overhang</li></ul><ul><li>Using Scanners we will pull orders in the system to assure that we are accurately completing each order.</li></ul><ul><li>Once a pallet is complete it is dropped in the order staging area. It will be wrapped, Labeled, and moved to the out bound shipping dock.</li></ul><ul><li>Exercise proper pallet usage by trying to limit the number of pallets for each order.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in Maintaining a clean warehouse.</li></ul><ul><li>Cross train in other departments.</li></ul>          Attendance is an essential function of this position          Must be able to work in the elements during the entire shift.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.</li></ul><ul><li>Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li></ul><ul><li>Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.</li></ul><ul><li>Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Quantity – meets productivity standards; completes work in a timely manner.</li></ul><ul><li>Safety – Observes safety procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions. Uses equipment and materials properly.</li></ul><ul><li>Dependability – Follow instructions, responds to management direction.</li></ul>SKILLS & ABILITIES<ul><li>Education: No requirement</li><li>Experience: Experience as an order puller preferred (not required). Experience with a hand scanner strongly preferred.</li><li>Computer Skills: Must have basic computer literacy.</li><li>Other Requirements: Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions. Must be able to understand, speak, write and read English. Must be able to pass math test. May work evenings and/or weekends. May be required to work overtime.</li></ul>
