General Labor Hiring Immediately 
Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm (M-F) 
Pay: $18.00 - 20.00+/hour  *based on experience* 
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the handling, transportation, and staging of building materials while upholding our companys core values. 
Youll be set up for success with great training and support! Key Responsibilities: <ul><li> Ensure all trucks are loaded and secured in compliance with company policies and D.O.T. regulations. </li><li> Safely unload, protect, move, and stage materials per customer specifications. </li><li> Consistently lift and handle materials weighing 70 lbs or more. </li><li> Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills at all times. </li><li> Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards. </li><li> Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance. </li><li> Participate in scheduled monthly and annual physical inventory counts as needed. </li><li> Exhibit a general understanding of building materials and a willingness to expand product knowledge. </li><li> Uphold and promote company values including Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being an employer and partner of choice. </li><li> Work a consistent schedule of 4050 hours per week with flexibility as needed.
