This role develops strategies to manage refinery assets at peak performance, optimize lifetime return on investment, mitigate reliability risk, and supports capital improvements in support of long term sustainable performance; and champion the troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, planning and budgeting for E&I equipment including electrical power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, protective devices, instrumentation and control systems, safety instrumented systems (SIS), analyzers, CEMS, ambient air monitoring systems, sample systems, PLCs, control valves and transmitters. Maintain lifecycle management for analyzer systems used for process control, emissions reporting, environmental compliance, ambient air monitoring, and product quality, including gas chromatographs, process gas analyzers, liquid analyzers, CEMS, shelters, and sample conditioning systems; process hazard analysis.
