Daily tasks involve preventative maintenance, conducting assessments, maintaining inventory supply levels, painting and surface reconditioning for all public areas, apartments, corridors, heart of the house, exterior areas of building, grounds and landscaping, and documenting all work performed. Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to communicate with Residents, guests and fellow employees to explain and record Resident requests, comprehend work requests.
